(Q) How do I register?
To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections
The next step is to fill in all your information , failure to supply
all the required information will result in an error. Once you have
submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail
message from the Auction ,after confirming this email your account will
be activated and you will have instant access to Auction's products. No credit card or bank information needed .
(Q) I'm under 16 and can't signup?
(A) In accordance with standard law under 18's cannot participate in auctions as they legal binding contracts
How to Bid
(Q) How can I place a bid?
To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in visit the
auction item page, place you chosen bid amount using a bidding box displayed next to the item picture or at bottom of auction page.
You must bid above the minimum bid required . Click on
the “Place bid” button , You will then be asked to confirm you bid,
once you have done so your bid will be entered, if successful you will
receive a confirmation message. If you bid fails to outbid the current
high bidder you will be offered the option to place a higher bid.
Proxy bidding can aid your chances of winning an auction and help avoid you
being outbid at the last moment. To place a proxy bid enter in the
maximum price you are willing to pay for the item. If another user
places a bid on the same auction automatic bids will be placed on your
behalf in accordance with your maximum bid amount. With proxy bidding
you will pay the lowest possible price until someone else places a
higher bid.
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page.
(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
After entered your bid , if successful you will receive instant confirmation
message. but if your bid fails to outbid the current high bidder you will be
offered the option to place a higher bid.
Additionally Auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid.
Bid Retraction

eBidTime auction considers a confirmed bid on an item at a price up to your maximum bid to be intent to purchase.

Once you have submitted your confirmed bid, it cannot be retracted except in the following exceptional circumstances:You made an obvious typographical error when placing a confirmed bid amount.

To retract a confirmed bid, you must contact customer service with your request and include the item listing number and a valid explanation. Bidders who retract their bids may not place new bids on that item.

Before bidding on any item, read the item description carefully . If you have any questions, please e-mail us using the "Ask a Question" link on the auction listing
page before bidding.

If you are the successful bidder after an auction closes, you are obligated to
complete the transaction.
eBidTime auction will send you e-mail
notification indicating that you have won the item(s).
You are responsible for returning to the
eBidTime auction web site to verify
that you have won the auction. If you do not receive notice and believe you are
the successful bidder, you can verify the auction results at
eBidTime auction.
